INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA - ART. 13 REG. 679/16
The personal data collected on this site and any other information directly or indirectly related to you are processed and used in accordance with the principles established by Regulation 679/16.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of the aforementioned Regulation, the DATA CONTROLLER informs you that any data acquired through the website will be processed using primarily computerized tools and procedures for the following purposes:
- respond to your queries;
- maintain a database of frequently asked questions, proposals, and communications;
- subscribe you to our newsletter;
- technical management of navigation (see also the "Cookie Processing" section).
The provision of Registration Data is mandatory, and failure to provide even partial data expressly indicated as necessary for the pursuit of the purposes will make it impossible for DhG d.o.o. to respond to your questions. The legal basis for processing is Article 6, paragraph 1, letter B of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, meaning that processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures adopted at the data subject's request.
The data you provide may be accessed exclusively by DhG d.o.o. employees specifically authorized to process such data as data processors, and in any case, for the sole purpose of completing the activities you have requested. Data processors are bound by confidentiality and secrecy, also pursuant to specific internal regulations. In any case, the data will never be disclosed to third parties.
The data you provide will be retained for the period required by law and regulations.
The Data Controller is DhG d.o.o. - represented by its legal representative, whom you may contact to exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, and 77 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. These rights may also be exercised against the Data Protection Officer, if the Data Controller has appointed one, by writing to the email address: info@dhgdoo.eu
The exercise of the above rights is subject to the limitations, rules, and procedures established by the aforementioned Regulation, which you must understand and implement. Furthermore, in accordance with the provisions of Article 12, paragraph 3, the Data Controller will provide the data subject with information relating to the action taken without undue delay and, in any case, no later than one month after receiving the request. This deadline may be extended by two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The Data Controller will inform the Data Subject of this extension, and the reasons for the delay, within one month of receiving the request.
