Who we are

DHG (Design Home Group) is a company specialized in importing and selling artificial flowers and plants, Christmas artificial flowers and seasonal decorative items. We are known for our dynamism and vast catalog of items that we frequently renew.

What products does DHG offer?

DHG offers artificial flowers in various varieties, colors and styles; artificial plants (with and without pots); Christmas artificial flowers (our exclusive creation); decorative objects (vases, figurines etc.) and seasonal collections (spring-summer and autumn-winter).

What does "real touch" flowers mean?

Our artificial flowers are also called "real touch" because they imitate the texture and appearance of real flowers, thanks to innovative technologies and materials that allow achieving highly realistic effects.

Are DHG products suitable for outdoor use?

DHG products are designed primarily for indoor use. We do not handle plants or decorations for outdoor use.

Does DHG provide product samples?

We do not provide individual product samples, for organizational reasons. However, we offer the Showroom Truck service, which allows you to see and touch the products personally before purchasing them, conveniently in your parking lot.

How often do you renew the collections?

We present two new collections per year:

  • Spring/Summer: available from June in our showrooms
  • Autumn/Winter: available from December in our showrooms

Who can purchase DHG products?

Our products are available exclusively for freelance professionals with VAT number and companies.

How does pre-sale work?

Pre-sale allows you to order new collection products in advance. For example, pre-sale for collections with September delivery starts in January. If you place pre-orders you can benefit from special advantages. Contact us for more information.

How can you know if a product is available?

Each product sheet in our e-commerce indicates availability: "Coming soon" or "Yes" (available).

How do you make a purchase through the e-commerce site?

Visit our e-commerce site https://www.dhgdoo.eu/ and follow these steps:

  1. Register and log in.
  2. Browse the catalog and choose products. Select quantity and color, respecting minimum packaging.
  3. Check your cart. Verify selected items and proceed.
  4. Choose date and payment. Fill in the required fields.
  5. Confirm the order. You will receive a copy of the order to confirm definitively.

What is the minimum order amount?

  • For orders under €1,500.00 (VAT excluded): 5% of the order value.
  • For orders over €1,500.00: free shipping.

What are the delivery times?

  • For goods available in stock: 3-4 working days.
  • For pre-sale collections: the spring/summer collection is shipped in late February/early March, while the autumn/winter one in September/early October.

What are "minimum packaging"?

For each product there is a minimum orderable quantity, indicated as "minimum packaging" in the product sheets. This quantity must be respected to proceed with the order.

What is the Showroom Truck?

The Showroom Truck is a traveling truck that brings our sample collection directly to you. This service is available by appointment and allows you to see and touch our products firsthand in your company's parking lot. Learn more by visiting the Showroom Truck service page.

Where is DHG's physical showroom located?

Our showroom is located in Slovenia, half an hour from Trieste airport and train station, just 5 minutes from the Italian border. We offer a free pick-up service for our customers arriving at the airport.

Do you offer consulting services?

Yes, DHG offers consultation on store displays, colors, trends, combinations and product presentation. We are Decoration Designers and can help you create displays that maximize sales.

Do you offer product customizations?

Yes, only for minimum quantity orders we can customize products. Contact us for more information.

In which countries does DHG operate?

We operate mainly in Europe, but we also serve Switzerland, Malta, Cyprus and the United Kingdom.

Thematic table displays for Garden Centers

What do DHG display tables or thematic tables mean?

DHG display tables are a complete exhibition solution for Garden Center and shops, consisting of large pre-composed thematic tables with a coordinated selection of pots, artificial flowers and decorations. These displays are strategically designed to maximize visual impact and significantly increase sales compared to traditional exhibitions.

What advantages do display tables offer compared to traditional exhibitions?

DHG display tables contribute to generating significantly higher sales compared to traditional single product displays. This is because they create an overall effect that inspires end customers, concretely showing how products can be combined. For example, a large table full of coordinated Christmas poinsettias has a much stronger visual impact than individual pots displayed separately.

What do DHG "vertical walls" mean?

DHG vertical walls are decorative installations that use artificial plants and flowers to create vertical green surfaces with great visual impact. These solutions are ideal for optimizing exhibition space by exploiting vertical surfaces, creating a scenic effect in shops, showrooms, restaurants, hotels or during events.

What types of plants are used for vertical walls?

For vertical walls we mainly use piante artificiali without pots, succulents and trailing plants. Our solutions include various varieties of foliage, selected based on aesthetic needs and the environment where they will be installed.

What are the advantages of vertical walls compared to other decorations?

Vertical walls offer numerous advantages:
